Our facility has unique spaces for entertaining. When you book at the Beaumont Curling Club, you can be sure that your event will be one to remember! We can handle any event, big or small.

Ice Pad (April-September):

$65/hour
114 feet wide by 132 feet long space is great for large events including sports leagues, weddings or large parties, and vendors like trade shows and farmer's markets.
Smooth concrete floor, wheelchair accessible, overhead door for easy delivery
Access to washrooms and additional seating
Capacity is ~200 people

Lounge Rental/Bar Rental

$75/hour (space only) **No outside liquor permitted**
$100/hour with Bartender
any groups over 50 people requires a second Bartender @ $25.00/hr.
Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $50.00
Deposit of $100.00 to secure date. This is Non-refundable 2 weeks prior to event.
Our lounge sits up to 200 people comfortably while saving room for activities such as prize draws or presentations.
5 big screen TV's, 1 Projector
Minimum rental time of 3 hour

Entire Facility:

$1400 for the entire day (typically ~8 hours)
- Includes, 6 sheets of ice, all necessary equipment, use of downstairs lobby and use of upstairs lounge space.
2 hours of load-in / load-out time
Deposit of $500.00 to secure date.
Mandatory cleaning fee of $100.00
Add On's
- Bartender $25.00/hr per Bartender ( Any groups over 50 require 2 Bartenders)
- On Ice Instructors $50.00/hr ( Group over 50 require 2 Instructors)
